Context

Tarq is an architecture firm founded by a promising young Colombian architect in the residential and retail sectors. With rapid growth, Tarq needed a refreshed image, particularly on its social media and website platforms. Known for its unique and accessible designs, Tarq emphasizes personalized, high-level service. The firm is committed to integrating the environment uniquely into each project, focusing strongly on sustainability and forging long-term relationships.

Tarq faced several challenges: lack of clarity in its brand identity, insufficient differentiation from competitors, repetitive content, and inconsistent posting schedules.

We crafted a digital strategy centered on Instagram, starting with an in-depth analysis of competitors to clearly define Tarq’s brand DNA and establish a cohesive visual identity. Our approach included developing a monthly content calendar that highlighted key communication pillars. Additionally, we conducted regular content sessions—one showcasing the team and internal operations, and another spotlighting recent projects in Santa Marta, presented dynamically for the Instagram audience.

In three months, we significantly increased the number of followers, improving both the follower growth rate and monthly engagement. Our follower growth rate consistently rose each month, from 1.5% to 3.22%, averaging between 2% and 5%. Additionally, we achieved an organic reach of 12,000 accounts, with this number increasing every month. Tarq has made a mark in the local industry with its distinctive communication, receiving positive feedback from peers and inspiring others to create similar content. Tarq’s refined and well-defined aesthetic now resonates effectively with its target market.
